Description
NuStep’s next generation recumbent cross-trainer is the workout solution for every type of user - fit, deconditioned, living with a chronic condition or recovering from an acute illness or injury. Built on the T5 frame with the same proven qualities, the T6 offers advanced features and programs to enhance any workout program.
T6 has an easy start-up – just touch the screen or start stepping. Components adjust to fit any user – from 4’6” to 6’7”. T6 frame’s low step-through design means easy mount for any user. The seat back has a 12⁰ recline, and the durable oversized pedals have non-slip inserts and adjustable foot straps. Ergonomic hand grips rotate 40⁰ with arm handles that adjust up to 18” with easy release clamshell levers. Add the optional grab ring or hip and torso belt to give patients added safety. Water bottle holder is included. T6 is compatible with the T5 series and adaptive equipment.
There are 15 resistance levels, easily adjusted during workout using the lower screen on the integrated media shelf. Two screens promote user engagement and provide metrics to guide planning and progression. The upper screen has an enhanced Pace Partner program, Quick Start and Charting apps, while the lower screen displays time, speed (steps per minute) total distance, watts, calories, METs, resistance level and heart rate. Export the data with the USB port, and monitor heart rate with BlueTooth wireless technology. Seat position is also displayed on screen. Clinicians can use the admin mode to modify the default settings and customize an individual’s program.
Audible feedback has volume control. The three minute console shut down has extended pause option for use in interval training. T6 is compatible with NuStep app for iOS and Android.
