Terms & conditions

- Returning the loaner to OrthoCanada without cleaning and carefully repacking will result in a cleaning/repacking fee of $75 charged on your credit card.
- If the package arrives damaged, accept the product but do not sign clear. Indicate “damage upon reception” and notify OrthoCanada the same day.
- Be sure to keep the original packaging stored to facilitate return shipping. The loss of original packaging will result in a $100 fee.
- Every item and accessory included with the unit (user manuals, lead wires for example) must be returned, otherwise a fee will be charged for replacements. To assist with the return of all items a laminated photo of the unit and all accessories is included in the box.
- A shipping fee may apply to ship the unit to the clinic to cover insurance fees.
- The signatory is responsible for any damage, loss or theft of the loaner unit.
- A Visa or MasterCard must be kept on file with the understanding that he card may be used to pay outstanding invoices.
- Once your unit has been returned to you, the loaner is to be returned to OrthoCanada promptly. Otherwise, the facility will be invoiced a late fee of $45/Day.
